Shipping Info: Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days, but please allow 28 days for delivery. You will be emailed when your order is dispatched.

Orders are sent by 1st Class mail or equivalent, and proof of postage is always obtained.

On the rare occasion that your package does not arrive, please let us know and we will chase it up with Royal Mail (use the contact inquiries link to the right of this page). Please note that Royal Mail do not class post as missing until 15 working days after the expected delivery date, so we can not chase it up till that time has passed.

Payment is accepted by Paypal only, but you DO NOT need a PayPal account.
Return Policy: Great care is taken in packing your item for its journey to you, but should it arrive damaged, please let us know straight away and we will send you a replacement or refund (use the contact inquiries link to the right of this page). We may require a photo of the damaged item.
